“TWO STARS NOW. Following hospitalization, a misunderstanding, admittedly on my part, resulted & I was cut from the Sunday Subscription Church list. I have not had a ride to and from Church since last May; whenever I call I'm told they can't find anything for me. In the sunshine, I took to riding on my own so happy for the opportunity! But since October, it has rained & over time, chilled. I still am in and out of hospital like many others. And like others with compromised health, 25 mn. each way, in a power chair, at 64 yrs old, in the cold rain? Gosh, not long ago that would have been a delight! Worship in community is the crux of my soul. I miss them. They matter to me. Now, it is winter. I am bewildered & saddened.”

“I visited Integrative Healing after discovering them at the Collective Consciouness Expo, and I opted to try the Float as well as the facial. The Float was slightly awkward, as I've never exposed myself to anything like it, but my body thoroughly ppreciated the relaxation and detox. I had a facial with Kara, and it was the best facial I've ever had! I've used typical spas in the past and took part in facials with extractions; however, this experience was completely different, relaxing, enjoyable and best of all it was ALL NATURAL. I couldn't believe the difference in the look of my face, specifically my eyes (less puffy) and the decreased redness. “Went to this sparkling clean and new facility just off the 406 HWY in Welland for a friend's wedding rehearsal. From the time I pulled up you could tell that this hotel is taken care of. The rooms were very well kept as were the conference rooms we used and the common areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close enough to many shops and other amenities too as well as being close enough to other towns and within 25 minutes of the border. All in all well done.”

“There is something for everyone here, from hiking and biking, to bird watching. Very nice park that is clean. My only complaint is some of the boardwalks are starting to get old and will be needing some tlc. I could see that parking might be an issue at peak times. Plenty of beaches and a lot of tables spread throughout the park.”

“Food was delicious, very large menu selection from sandwich, burgers, pizza & wings, and entrees and pastas. Arrived with my friends and tried out a bunch of their menu items. I enjoyed the bacon wrapped jalapeño, the wings I wasn’t as crazy about (they were pretty small wings). On Mondays they have selected appetizers at 1/2 price and $8.99/lb of wings with purchase of beverages. Liver and onions was delicious. Steak was decently cooked. I enjoyed my chicken parm. The linguini pasta primavera wasn’t such a hit; the sauce was a bit too much and too thick. Service was a bit slower and food did take longer to arrive. But overall the quality and quantity of their food was great! Pizza that I brought home was undercooked…the Philly steak pizza was very light on toppings…”

“We went there last night, we were waiting in the drive through for a few minutes and decided to call to see if they were open, as they weren’t taking our order. The answered, yes they were open, and were very apologetic. When I got to the window to pay, the woman at the window was insistent that she give us donuts or pies on her, because we were waiting. She absolutely did not have to do that. Such amazing customer service. I wish I got her name, so I could praise her. I wish much success for her and that Harvey’s location!”

I have managed to connect with Charlie their parts manager and he was absolutely amazing. I love their customer service at this dealership. Charlie took his time to ensure I had the best experience, and I did. Upon pickup, I inspected their work and it was exactly I had thought it would be. I love my Pilot and I love Hamburg Honda. Installed: - Illuminated Door Sill Trim (White Light) and Welcome Lights (Side and Tailgate). - Trailer Hitch - Hands Free Power Tailgate Sensor. **Update** June 2022 After sometime I have been experiencing issues with my side welcome lights. They were randomly shutting on and off or just go out completely. I spoke with Charlie, Clint and Honda Canada regarding my issues and they were more than understanding. As a matter of fact they went above and beyond to ensure I stayed happy with Honda and Hamburg. I replaced the lights with the floor board and added roof racks. I am extremely happy with the outcome. Thanks again Charlie, Clint and Honda for your outstanding customer service. I will always buy Honda at Hamburg. #HondaFamily”
