Yeah...it's just a dumpster, but when you need one these are the guys to call. Seriously good customer service, drivers weren't the usual surly, impersonable jerks I'm used to. “Very unique bed and breakfast in the middle of a beautiful vineyard. The owners, Drew and Grace, make you feel you’re at home; very welcoming couple. We biked all the way from Niagara Falls. It’s only at 10 kms from Niagara-on-the-lake. We like the fact that it is so quiet and peaceful being away from the city. We had a very delicious breakfast with the owner’s personal touch, very delicious 😋 especially the coffee pot that sings when you lift it up. We will surely come back because time really slows down at this place😉.”

“I saw a listing for a mobile home in one of Ontario's more prestigious parks located in Niagara on the Lake. There were 2 - 3 units available and although Wendy was the listing agent for 2 out of the 3 she helped make arrangements to see all 3. Unfortunately on the day we went 1 of the mobile homes had not opened yet and didn't want their unit shown. Regardless, after viewing the 2 units we did see we knew that regardless of our choice we wanted Wendy as our agent. We found her to be punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely courteous. We then made an offer to purchase one of the units we saw and put in an offer. Even though Wendy had a hectic schedule for the weekend she still found the time to present our offer to purchase and over the course of the weekend had everything done electronically by email--so add tech savvy to her list of attributes. So if you're looking for someone extremely pleasant to deal with, as well as being very professional whether you're buying or selling, then Wendy Midgley is MOST DEFINITELY someone you should call 1st and have her representing you--you'll be glad you did!”
