It’s been so nice not to have to make an appointment for small things that can be done over the phone. I sure hope Ontario Health continues phone visits once Covid is minimalized or gone. FaceTime or Messenger would also be a little nicer than just phone calls. Ada, her receptionist is wonderful. If you’re having a bad day, she most certainly can make you feel better! I could not have been happier with the excellent service that I got from the staff at the Niagara Region walk-in clinic. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving! So pleased with Dr Ken Abrahim for seeing me so quickly and prescribing medication to relieve this intense pain. The convenience of having a pharmacy right with in the clinic was superb.
