Valley Park Lodge has very loving, caring PSWs and registered staff including management who take care of the residents within the Ministry Guidelines. During this Pandemic Valley Park lodge has a record of ZERO RESIDENTS affected by COVID. This is largely due to the cautious and caring staff who adjusted our own lives to ensure the residents were and remain safe till today. Staff also must be diligent in precautions and care to uphold this statistic. I am writing this review in response to a prior review to ensure that the public are aware of the real story and not the story of a disgruntled employee that I will not comment any further about as I will remain professional and kind.”

“I was blown away by the kindness shown at this store. They were very helpful to all customers and even put on a mask when they saw my son and I had ours on. It took us a while to pick out what we wanted and they were very patient with us. We saw them help customers carry items to their cars while we found our items. There was even a price mix-up and they gave us the lower price. The homemade dog cookies are also super cute! I'm definitely making a point to go here when I need pet supplies, I hope you'll check out this store too!”

“Our truck broke down late on a Sunday afternoon, we were 4 hours from home and this was the only place we could find open with a mechanic on duty. They went out of their way to get parts and get it repaired before they closed. I was extremely pleased in how the owner of this business took the time to go through a number of vehicles with me, but also wanting to learn more about me and what my main need and purpose for a new vehicle was. At the end of the day, I found myself in a beautiful Chevy Silverado that was sleek and professional and in the same breath matched my outdoor curricular activity with my two fur children. I was not only extremely pleased with the truck I bought, but also that the time that was taken with me to go through all the particulars of the Chevy Truck from top to bottom which made me feel like I was dealing with family. And for that feeling of comfort and satisfaction which was beyond my expectations, I know as a matter of fact that I will be returning when the time arises to find another vehicle to create enjoyable memories from the first.
