(April 3, 2021, 3:18 pm)I ordered a printer with a value of $ 249.00 dollars. The day I came to pick it up they couldn't find it, they didn't even know what happened to the printer, they couldn't find it. I asked to speak to the manager, his name is Glenn Murphy. He told me to apologize for the inconvenience, and that he would fix the problem. He offered me that if at the moment I needed a printer, he would give me one, that he would reorder the printer and that I would pick it up in a week. I expected him to give me a discount, but to my surprise he told me it was completely free. These days it's hard to find managers like Glenn who still believe that customers are the most important part of business. The most important point here is not the money, but the attitude of Mr. Glenn. God bless this business and the staff of this company and especially Mr Gleen. Of course I recommend Office Depot.

I was in desperate need of a birthday banner and Jorge patiently assisted and I was out of the store within 30 minutes (that's including the time spent on emailing the banner to Jorge while I was at the store). The banner came out amazing.Thank you again, Jorge!
