“Brilliant vibe this place and a must visit while in Amsterdam. Yes, smoking is freely welcome, but no tobacco inside, please, as most smoking cafes in Amsterdam promote. Whether sitting inside or outside, this place just has a certain feel and confirmation that you're in Amsterdam. Make sure you check out the back wall promoting all celebrities that have visited the Bulldog. Pumping music, live bands adding to the cool atmosphere. You need to pay to use the toilet, but it is worth the donation once you see the style. Be careful, though, after a few beers and smoke as stairs are steep. Enjoy this Amsterdam classic! We visit every time we come to Amsterdam and are never disappointed. 5 stars as always from me.”

“The most fun I had as a tourist in Amsterdam wasn’t biking around the downtown center, nor was it at the red light district. It was spending an hour at the Knife store, looking at knives, chatting with the store attendants, and seeing the passion in their eyes as they explained custom knives, swords, and knife mechanisms. I felt free, and at peace. It’s an amazing store with amazing people, take time to chat and explore!”

“Cute coffee shop in the center of Amsterdam, but on a quiet and picturesque street. The coffee was great - we got oat lattes and espressos. They also had some goodies to go with the coffee (vegan banana bread, oat cookies, cheese cake servings). They offer coffee courses and so the seating isn't always available but when it is, the seating is comfortable and pleasant with a steam punk vibe.”

“One of the best waffles I've ever had everything was so fresh and tasty the portions are great and they said they make these waffles with "love" [how sweet is that] and I believe them because of the way they treat their customers the gentleman behind the register was very accommodating and attentive he took his time to explain everything (i know everything was obviously on a board right behind him) and he also took a picture of my waffles for me (the level of customer service!!). The packaging was great (walked 40 minuets in wind with it and still looked great) I would've given them 10 out of 5 if I could highly recommend and I'd definitely be back.”

The cruise is very scenic.”
