“This place is great! The petting zoo was fun and the animals were very interactive. It’s a really good size and you get a few hours to go around so if you want to go back and see specific animals again you can. Unlike other petting places nearby it’s really reasonably priced and the animals look very well cared for. they also have a soft play that the kids can use. We found every staff member we encountered friendly, especially one of the ladies in the soft play/cafe who came over and spoke with us. Made us feel very welcome. Our oldest kept thanking us for such a fun day out, very unlike our 8 year old! Will definitely be coming back again soon.”

“I give Upminster Panel Craft top marks, very helpful and customer centric. They did a relatively small repair for me but I was still valued as a customer from the minute I drove into their works. They actually managed to repair an item rather than replace it so my bill was reduced. Also I had to get a train so they kindly picked me up from Basildon station, so that I could collect my car. I would highly recommend UPL and thanks to Ben and the team. Its painful when your car gets pranged but UPL do a great job and make you feel less sick about it!”
