    I have been using this service garage since they opened 20 years great faith in mechanics you would have to go a long way and pay a lot more money to beat the customer care and service they supply

    Absolutely fantastic dealership. So very helpful, with none of the pressurised sales experience. Bought an XC60 early this year and couldn't be happier.

    Previously used another Volvo dealership to service my car and always felt pressured to pay for 'things they had found'. After using Waterhouse I will definitely be returning to them again. Great service and no high pressure sales for unexpected add ons to servicing.

    Having bought our Volvo from a main dealer in another part of the UK I have had Waterhouse look after it for the last three years. Their customer service is faultless and they have at times gone beyond their remit of duty. From helping get the service records aligned on paper and on the computer systems, to assisting with Hire cars, to helping find issues with the car that have proved to be non existent (just me thinking there was something wrong) they have been absolutely great. And pricing is reasonable when you actually get quotes from non Volvo garages for comparison.

    The car always comes back valeted (even when I had a £50 repair done) and they keep you informed. Main dealer service as you really hope for...
