  Took my son into the Hand Trauma unit, excellent, prompt treatment. The Consultant kindly fitted him into her busy operating schedule the very same day. My only comment ito people who have left negative comments is that these doctors and nurses work long hours and are rushed off their feet. Everyone has a bad day but we should be thankful that it is a free service. Thank you for taking such good care of my son, really appreciated.

  Took my Mum to A and E with a suspected broken wrist. Excellent treatment from start to finish. Expected a long wait but wait time was very reasonable given how busy they were. All staff were lovely.

  Thank you to everyone at Billeriacy ward for your excellent care, especially Steve, Nellie and Sam . Being in hospital is no fun but to have such caring and approachable professionals makes it so much easier

  Staff friendly,helpful & informative. Couldn't fault the care, was in Daycare unit at weekend, very impressed!

  I was recently admitted to the urology department at Broomfield Hospital. I was somewhat apprehensive but now that I've been treated I would say that from induction to discharge the who;e process was faultless. Explanations, care, cleanliness, attention to detail everything was excellent. Not only in what had to be done but the willingness to do anything possible to make one's stay comfortable.
  Better than expected. And I'm very grateful indeed.
