Salt Cafe

This was a great experience. Everyone working at the cafe was so polite and friendly and the sun was out what a nice day. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is down to the lack of cold beverages/one cold staff member.

I was very frustrated there were little cold drinks (other than some syrup based milkshakes - yuck! or iced coffee drinks) and for over a year now they never seem to NEVER have 'the ingredients' to make smoothies yet it's still displayed on the menu. Why even bother with that? It's really hot and I didn't want an hot drink!

Service was fast considering how big the que was everyone behind that counter was working extremely hard. There was a very nice lady who offered me a sausage roll which I couldn't turn down. I really liked that lady, I think I picked up her name as Kimbers or Kimmy?

The young guy at the till was a well mannered, very polite and friendly person who helped us with our order (helping me understand the difference in latte and cappuccino) and helped us to open the door on the way out. In the end, I decided on a Coke which the gentlemen offered me a glass of ice and I very gratefully accepted.

I really would love to see iced tea, smoothies (please it's been over a year now) and some Ribena maybe in the drinks fridge for my daughter. The young girl that brought my drinks out with black hair was extremely polite also. The only sniggle I had with the staff was the small Asian girl who was quite abrupt/cold sadly.

I can't wait to come back and hopefully, get an nice iced tea or a very tasty bubble tea. Most of the staff here are very nice and very friendly and I'd love to visit again when I go on my travels, hopefully next time i'll be able to get a nice smoothie or iced tea or even bubble tea waiting for me!
