8 years ago when I moved to Basildon I become one of Joe's customers. I never left because I was happy with his smile, his explanation of what is wrong, his extensive and clearly communicated professional advice and the price. Was the only garage in which me, as a woman, I could go without fear of being patronized or scared they will rip my skin off me. I was so happy with his services that my two children from London preferred themselves to come to Basildon to Jo's for repairs and check ups..
