My sisters and I were christened here, and I have fond memories of the church
The nave dates from between 1225 &1240 in this grade 1 listed building with an outstanding timber roof. In the North Aisle the timber roof is dated 1380 whilst the modern altar was designed and made by local sculptor Angela Godfrey in 1968.The tower is dated around 1450 housing a clock from 1715.the modern organ was built in 1970 with 1200 pipes and is the finest in the district. The church is normally open for viewing.
