  I was searching around the internet for second hand phones, as I didn't particularly want to pay £1k for a new one. 4gadgets were the cheapest by quite a bit; even compared to people selling on eBay.
  I purchased a Google Pixel 2 XL that was rated as 'good' condition. I was gobsmacked when the phone arrived; it was in immaculate condition.
  A week later, I'm chuffed. The phone looks & works perfectly. I would 100% recommend this company.

  Phone arrived the next day and despite only being graded as Good, I couldn't see a single mark on it. Also came with all the accessories which you don't usually get with second hand phones. Very impressed and would definitely use again

  Very professional company who pride themselves on quality. Regardless of the item you purchase, you will be met with informative staff who will help you through your options. Warranty is supplied with all products, so if anything should go wrong, you will be covered for a whole year! Great company. Competitively priced products.

  I ordered 3 times from 4gadgets, all returned. First phone has a non genuine screen (buyers beware as aftermarket screens are very common with refurbished phones, and it is very difficult to detect that unless you compare it to an original). I sent it back and the team acknowledged the fault, apologised and immediately refunded me.
  
  The second phone (iPhone 8) had battery issues and it was very noticeable how its battery drains so fast (lasts half day) with minimum use and moderate brightness. I returned it and changed model for longer battery life.
  
  Third phone (iPhone X) was good overall with occasional face ID failures (which could be a nightmare sometimes). Few days I also noticed that 3D touch was not working. I called they gave me some tips on phone, I also watched some YouTube videos to fix it but couldn't figure out the issue in the phone. I started feeling suspicious about the screen because of my previous experience and decided to return it.
  
  That being said, I would describe my overall experience with 4gadgets as good for the following reasons: clean business (you'll be either satisfied or immediately refunded), good communication, fast delivery and good secure packaging (although another company provides the original box & accessories with parallel prices). I hope this helps.
  
  update: I forgot to mention that they include a return bag with a prepaid label in the packaging which is very convenient

  Great place to purchase mobile phones in particular. Bought mine a year ago non and its still in great fully working condition. I bought mine as good condition but it was perfect with no noticeable scratches. Fully functioning and over all great product. Customer service is also very good with very fast replies and sufficient and valuable information given. Great place to purchase items from and will definitely recommend to buy from here rather than spend loads more on a brand new phone. Great service. Great quality. 5 stars!! ????????????
