Lavender Rooms is amazing I can not recommend it enough. Rachel was welcoming and made me feel right at home. I never felt emabarrsed or uncomfortable at all. I was recently hospitalised with back and stomach pains and was told I have a slow bowel. A friend suggested colonic hydrotherapy and it was the best thing I ever did. Rachel had amazing knowledge and went the extra mile with her advice and care which was personal to me. I advise anyone who wants to have this treatment go to Lavender Rooms and you won’t be disappointed. I will be going back in the future. Thank you Rachel.
I have been going to Rachel for a few years now. I have used probably all of her treatments and she has helped me to find supplements for my sarcoidosis (which is an autoimmune condition) . It is so very easy to speak to Rachel and this is not always the case with therapists. Anyway I have been to the hospital today about my sarcoidosis which I was diagnosed with 3 years ago. Due to Rachel's patience and encouragement and treatments and supplements my inflammation is now down by 50 per cent!!! I have not had to be prescribed any steroids or any medication at all and they reckon I will have completely gotten rid of this condition within a year or so if i keep going. I know I have been feeling better but I wasn't expecting this to be said. The doctor was shaking my hand and my husband's hand and saying to come back and see him when I feel ill again!!!! I could jump for joy. Anyway thank you very much Rachel - as always!
I went to Lavender rooms for a course of 3 colonic treatments to help with my digestive issues - pain, gas, bloating,and not going to the toilet enough.
Talking to Rachel about my diet and health whilst having the treatment gave me the kick I needed to overhaul my diet. I was addicted (and I dont say that lightly) to diet coke drinking at least 6-8 cans every day for the last 25 years! I'd always told myself I could never give it up - well I have!
After the treatments and diet changes my pain has gone, no bloating and a flat stomach, which is great!
Rachel is so knowledgeable and friendly and really puts you at ease, I would recommend highly to everyone.

I went to lavender rooms back in May for treatment for digestive issues amongst other things that i have experienced since childbirth. I can honstly say the treatment combined with Rachael's caring nature and pearls of wisdom have changed my life. Before my treatment I was nervous about the prospect of the procedure but now i would highly recommend the colonic hydrotherapy to anyone and everyone . It seems crazy not to! My eyes have been opened to a whole new world of taking real care of myself through diet and mindfullness. I have also attended one of Rachael's workshops on pain relief and essential oils from which my family who have also benefited greatly. Thank you Rachael. I hope to come back soon x
