  Excellent service. Left mower with them at 9am. By 5 pm had a call saying it was ready to collect. Mower fixed and cleaned and blade sharpened all for a good price - many thanks.

  We at Len's Lawnmowers would like to leave a reply in defence to the negative review of our company left by Mr Onslow.
  Your mower initially came into us at the beginning of the year due to a roller fault. We inspected and quoted the cost of a full re-build which you accepted.
  A few weeks later you returned the mower to us with a totally different fault- the mower would not start- on inspection we found a blocked carburettor which we cleaned for you free of charge.
  Fast forward 7 months and a whole cutting season later you then bought the mower back to us with a fault of a clicking noise in the roller.
  On inspection our engineer discovered a stone had got inside the roller which had caused some damage to the pinion gear. He stripped the roller down and replaced the gear, this was a 2 hour job.
  You were presented an invoice of £56.00 for the work carried out which included the part and vat. You was not happy with the cost and we kindly reduced the bill to £46.00.
  We feel your negative review is unfair and unwarranted as we did our very upmost to provide you with a quality affordable service, as we do all our customers.

  just had my countax ride on serviced and my hayter harrier after being recommended by my gardener just wanted to say what a fantastic job you have done will recommend you to anyone thanks

  Just had my mower serviced at lens mowers what a fantastic job they have done looks like new and works great again It's nice to go somewhere where you can actually speak and deal with the engineers who know what there talking about true professionals would recommend to anyone
