“Haven't had the carpet installed yet but so far the experience with the SCS store in Harlow Queensgate has been great. Eamon was very helpful in choosing an economical solution to our needs. He demonstrated the differences in the products on offer, helping us choose a more appropriate option for the living room than we initially were looking at. Unlike other stores we didn't feel pressured for an upsell and he never hovered or was overbearing. His knowledge and experience were apparent and eventually saved us over £200 in the process. “Brilliant! My wife had her 1st appointment today with Nichola at this Physiotheray clinic, worlds apart from what she had to endure on the NHS in the past! She was treated professionally & politely She actually had manipulation(?) and advice on "icing treatment" & 2 home exercises. The sheet normally given to patients had run out due to a printer problem *but* would ensure 1 was sent out later this afternoon. All I can say is "Thank You!" for caring and being so professional!”
