“Went in to the Harlow Virgin store on 4th June with my girlfriend to ask for help with problems we had with a new android mobile phone I bought her to use with her SIM deal. We were worried after getting no mobile WiFi or limited call use on a 4G network. The 2 chaps there were more than helpful to us, not only solving issues, but advising my girlfriend on better Virgin deals on the same tariff charge she had.
