“When we first found out my daughter had been allocated a reception place at this school (2013/14) that we had never heard of, I was upset to say the least. Never heard of it, despite it being only a few hundred yards from where I live (as the crow flies), but I went to meet the head teacher prior to the start of the school year and I was super impressed. Small school (only 3 or 4 classes), but absolutely brilliant. Staff were lovely and the head teacher was inspiring to say the least. He later became executive head covering this school as well as Underhill School on Mays Lane and is doing really good things. For the most part, kids who go to this school LOVE going to school. That's all that needs being said. My daughter graduated Year 2 there in Sep'16 and is now happily attending Underhill School, where the same head teacher continues to do great things, supported by some really lovely staff.”
