(October 13, 2018, 3:32 am)Very clean, comfortable and convenient. The owner was very friendly and welcoming too. She even accommodated my special request to arrive early. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was perfectly made to order, the bathroom was large and the room had a nice view of the garden. It’s located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Arnos Grove which is just minutes from everything London has to offer. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to a friend. The Arnos Grove Pub near the train station serves excellent meals too.
(June 10, 2018, 9:17 am)The house itself is beautiful and has a great backyard area. The whole place was very homey and welcoming, but still allowed for privacy. The room was excellent, had a great view, and a really comfortable bed. Couldn't have asked for more :)
(May 19, 2018, 11:49 am)I recently stayed at this very quaint Bed and Breakfast for work and found it to be lovely. Initially I was concerned as it seems quite far from London (it is a beautiful residential neighbourhood in North London) however, the tube is a 5 min walk and takes you directly into London - I got to London to Russell Square in 20 minutes - straight line, no changing. The room was large and very comfortable, extremely clean. There is a lovely room to have breakfast and chat with the other guests. Jasmine the owner made a delicious breakfast and was most helpful with any questions. She truly wants you to enjoy your stay with her as she engaged with all of us. The house has a small number of rooms so it was very quiet and the house is very bright and relaxing. Most guests left after breakfast and were gone into the city for most of the day. There is a lovely garden to sit in at the end of a long day. At the end of the street, there are a few pubs to eat in, and a small bakery should you need any treats. Would highly recommend to any traveller looking for a quieter spot to stay yet needing easy and quick access to downtown London. Would definitely come back!

(February 18, 2018, 8:33 pm)Very nice stay in a great location. 5 minute walk to the tube station providing easy access to London. Jasmine was lovely and very friendly. Our room was nice, clean and very comfortable. We will be back and would recommend to others looking for easy access to London.
