I am very happy

(August 16, 2018, 12:47 pm)I have been with this practice for the past 10 years and I do accept that the appointment system is poor sometimes but I cannot complain about the quality of staff. They are always polite and try to help as much as is possible from their side.
Unfortunately there are people like Simona who only rated 1 star as they believe doctors and nurses run the system and play God. I had a very good experience with the nurse Cristina, who knew how to deal with my daughter's illness and treated us with high professionalism and good practice.
I do recommend this practice as even though there is a high volume of appointment request, they try their best to accommodate everyone. Furthermore, the doctors are very good!
