  Received some horrendous service from Mini Swanley, but then after a friendly phone call from Jordan Clarke I decided to give mini one last chance. The service I received was (and still is a year later) outstanding. Rather than take Swanley‘s point of “you can’t afford our brand” Jordan looked at us as actual potential customers and we walked away with a super Mini Clubman. Everything was explained and worked through and we are extremely happy. If it wasn’t for Jordan Clarke we would never had purchased this car. Thanks you Jordan and Mini ????????????????????????????

  I had an amazing experience with the salesman, Jordan Clarke. I am in Scotland and I was buying a car from far south and I thought it would be hassle. But Jordan done an outstanding job of keeping me posted about what I was looking for, by phone and email and it couldn’t of went any smoother. Jordan and his manager, worked so hard for me and I honestly can not praze them enough for the hard work they put in for me. On arrival I was welcomed by Jordan and it felt like he was a friend and made me feel comfortable, just like from the phone calls from the weeks building up. Everything was very professional but made it things easy by making it humorous. The sales manager Andreas came out and spoke to me and my girlfriend and he had the exact same manner, professional yet humerous and all this made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would also like to mention the two other salesmen who were there that day, because they were both interested in having a conversation with us. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names. If anyone is looking to buy a mini, I highly recommend going to Woolwich, because the way the dealership handled everything was amazing, if I could give more than 5 stars I would give them 500. Even the wee extras they gave me, just showed how much a customer means to them, such as the key rings, The Williams racing car care pack and the bottle of prosecco, they left for my girlfriend and because of all these key bit of detail I will definitely be returning Woolwich to deal with Jordan again. And I’ll remember the Haggis, Irn Bru and Scotland flag. Once again a massive thank you. Outstanding job guys.

  It was so nice to be surprised. Both, by the product on offer and the service provided. We did not plan to by a new Mini. But a disastrous experience in a Volkswagen showroom and welcoming we got from Stephen James in Woolwich made us change our mind. Having test driven a Countryman we stayed on for a few hours, discussed the deal with one of the salesman in minute detail. It was not a hard sale as the car was superb. But the way we were handled by Nick hugely contributed to making the final decision. He was both courteous and knowledgeable. No question was too simple or too difficult for him to answer. We felt looked after and very tactfully encouraged. Andreas explained the finance details and at the end of the day we were ready to become owners of the new car. Everything was triple checked by Nick to make sure there were no nasty surprises. Before we left, we were given the date for delivery and a firm hand shake. It felt really good. The car arrived earlier than expected. In the meantime we talked go Nick regarding a few outstanding issues. They were merely in our minds. Every phone call was returned. Every query dealt with. This was not a five star experience. More like ten. With the service like that and the fabulous product - the Countryman is a joy to drive - it feels like a beginning of a long term relationship.   I’ve just collected my Mini Countryman from the fab team at Stephen James in Woolwich. A delightful experience from start to finish, Oliver was helpful and knowledgable (and patient!). Would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone wishing to purchase a car. *double thumbs up*

  I picked up my new Mini on the 28/03/2018 and I want to thank everyone at Stephen James Woolwich Mini for making it a great experience. I would particularly like to thank Oliver Edwards for his patience and understanding. He went out of his way to make the purchase pleasant and I will definitely recommend Oliver and Stephen James Mini to my friends.
