“A fairly large B&Q store, but one which can be a pain in the backside to get to, if the North Circular is playing up. It's on a retail estate that has other useful stores. The staff are helpful, when you can find them. As the years march on, cutbacks are clear to see. Helpdesk, dotted around the store, no longer house staff, but dust. Stock levels are good, and the prices match the competition.”
