“The food and service where very good!! The girl who served us was called Sumaiya if I’m not mistaken and she was very friendly and very helpful so that’s why I have given 4 stars!! Food was really nice and also hot too so another reason for 4 stars! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the fizzy refill drinks machine was not working and also the salad bar was literally empty and not re filled even though it was only 5.30pm.”

“An absolute gem of a butchers. Can't beat the produce that they stock here, it really is far superior to the pre-packed meat you get in supermarkets – it just tastes so much better. I'm a big fan of game, and Bashfords always has an amazing selection during the season which is perfect; pheasant, venison, rabbit – you name it, they either have it or will get it for you, and you know it's coming from an ethical source which is great. My kids go mad for their in-house chipolatas, and I'm always bugging them for bones to make my broth!. Fantastic traditional butchers with very helpful and very knowledgable staff. Can't fault it.”
