“Outstanding service. I had a niggling concern that I should change my gearbox oil as my Ford focus had reached 100k miles. I spoke with the manager of the service department who said Ford did not specify a change of oil requirement for transmissions. I just felt I'd like it to be changed anyway. He gave me what I thought was a very good price but when I went to collect the car the cost had been reduced by over 1/3 as the was easier than expected. They found my gearbox had a drain plug and so didn't need prop shaft removal (or something like that). Brilliant, friendly, personal service from a top Ford garage.”

I did a bit of research before deciding to go with Babies in Waiting and felt Vicky answered the questions I needed and put my mind at ease before we chose to go with them. Over the course of four weeks, Vicky has really helped prepare us for the journey we are on, through various thought processes and practical exercises as well as personal experiences but without imposing views on us. I think the course has been invaluable to both my partner and me (I think it's really really good for birth partners) and there is a lot I can now practice before the birth of our baby in less than two months.
