(November 4, 2018, 2:07 am)Can’t fault the staff in this hospital, absolutely amazing and genuinely cared for the pets, as if their own. Kept us in the loop everyday with the progress of our dog. The hospital is very modern and spotlessly clean.

(October 31, 2018, 6:24 pm)Nice Costa coffee in Eclipse cafe and friendly staff. We were visiting with our dogs to help a research project so can't really advise on the hospital, but the RVC college campus looks like a really nice place to study.

(October 5, 2018, 2:15 pm)Have taken excellent care of my elderly kitty when she needed a pacemaker. Wonderful staff that inspire confidence & truly seem to care about their patients. I would not hesitate to bring a pet here, especially for specialist treatment. First rate!

(August 23, 2018, 6:00 am)Took my dog there as they were the ooh service for my vets practice they were brilliant. From reception team to vets they were all really lovely. They let us know there would be a wait as they triage their patients on need (my dog only had a bad paw that looked as though it might be oozing pus). Couldn't fault them they did a proper exam of my dog just to make sure it wasn't anything more concerning going on. Left happy and well informed.
