Have been a patient for few months. I couldn't be happier with the surgery. The whole team must be under intense pressure, what with such a heavy workload and the nature of work involved. Yet, I find them very accommodating and helpful. Met my GP for the first time yesterday and felt very comfortable and well looked after. I am very happy overall and rate the surgery 5 stars.
Brilliant surgery considering this is only a small surgery with a few doctors, nurse and health care assistant.
It's extremely busy, and sometimes takes a while to get an appointment due to this (if you book online). If you phone on the day then the phone line is open for 8/8.30. Yes you may be on hold a while, like I say a very small practise, but level of care is fantastic! Friendly reception staff, and such understanding doctors. Great team. Had my doctor for over 13 years there, I do usually wait for an appointment with him if I can, otherwise the rest of the team are just as efficient.

We are no longer with this surgery and it is such a shame! With the exception of one case of apparent misdiagnosis and an incredibly frustrating phone line, they are generally a very helpful practice who do an excellent job at accommodating their patients. We always managed to speak with the doctors on the phone even if we could not get the surgery and they were always helpful at sorting out prescriptions. The new doctors we are with certainly makes us miss Parsonage!!
