  I did an 8 weeks programme with Gym and Tonic ( broke my finger during this time so took 3 weeks out ) but I was active for 84 days in total and in that time I was working out between 3-4 days a week at max. Should have done more really. But wanted to share my results with you. I lost 4kgs and my body fat went from 23% to 16%. The trainers there are amazing and I needed the kick start to get myself back into a healthy lifestyle. And it happened! I’m so pleased with my results and now I’m a happy, healthy bunny who is able to motivate myself to workout. All thanks to the team at Gym and Tonic. I couldn’t rate you any higher. I would give you 10 stars if I could! Now my kids go there for the kids programme. Thank you so much for helping me out. And good luck to all the new and current members there! Put in your time and let the trainers guide you. If I can do it, as a mother of 2, so can you! Boom!

  Gym and tonic club the best place I have ever trained at.The trainers are so friendly and motivating. The atmosphere is great and really gets you wanting to go back for more. Great place to get in shape and reach your goals. Highly recommend.

  I can't do justice with words how great this place is. The expert training is adapted to my capabilities and caters for some old injuries that I've had. The fantastic nutritional advice I receive has been brilliant and after 6 months of my weight not changing I'm now seeing results. It's so much more than a gym. As well as the support I get from the trainers I also get so much support from the people I train with. True definition of the word fitfam. This is so much more than a gym. Everyone is treated as an individual. Losing weight is not a one size fits all and The Gym and Tonic Club is the first place I've been that completely gets that. If you are serious about making a lifestyle change that will have you feeling the best you've ever felt then this is the place for you.

  A lovely new gym where the personal trainers really do listen. They know when to push and when to adapt the training. You'll never get bored as there is always something different to try. Customer care is at the heart of everything they do. Highly recommended.

  Fantastic place to workout. The trainers are amazing. They have great knowledge and experience. I'm made to feel very welcome and know I'm in great hands when I'm there. They look after all ages and ability. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
