“My car broke down on the way to work and went into super-slow slug-mode. I took it around to M G Stickland (never used before) as it was the closest to where the car went wrong! They (husband and wife team?) were lovely and very honest with me. During the day it was tested several times and the offending part fixed and ready for pick-up by dinner time! They took the time to explain what had gone wrong and several other bits which might need watching too. All explained in layman's terms for somebody who doesn't know much about cars! Not too shabby and not an arm and leg on cost either for a same day fix.”

“Fantastic staff and they were all so pleasant and chatty. They could not do enough to ensure you have a good experience. The only little niggle is that there isn't much of an atmospher in the bar area. However, staff very chatty so that makes s difference. Rooms modern, quite big and very clean. We have stayed 3 times and will return. We even practised our Spanish with a charming young man from Barcelona.”

The staff are really friendly and the service is quick. We usually get a deal with Pizza, spicy wings, garlic bread and a drink and it's really good value too. Keep up the good work guys!”

“I and my family use this post office and shop at least once a week. I have sent my unaccompanied children here when I have been unable to make the journey. I have always found the post-master and his staff polite, friendly, engaging and always willing to help clarify things when needed. The staff of the adjoining shop are always courteous and helpful and watching them interact with their regular customers (many of whom they know by name) is the very definition of community service. In my mind, Hollybush Post Office is a credit to Royal Mail Post Office Network.”
