Their customer services team kept me up to date on progress and checked where names provided for hoodies etc. looked like they contained typing errors. Particularly happy that each hoodie and sweatshirt was packed so that the name across the back of the garments was clear through the plastic packaging, so they didn't all need opening. Would definitely use them again.”
