Talked me through everything, and was gentle, calming and friendly. Nothing I asked was too much trouble. The dental nurse was also wonderful. I remained a little skeptical because it just seemed weird to cause idling issues - but they were totally spot on. I can't fault the service at all. They said it might take a long time to get the part but as soon as they got it they fitted it and I got my car back earlier that predicted.”
