Just had my new kitchen fitted and it looks amazing. Took loads of time designing the kitchen with Jack’s help and he really helped me make the most of the space I have. Even though I changed my mind a few times, he was always patient and happy to listen to my various ideas and his suggestions were always spot on. The team who fitted my kitchen (thanks Bill, Chris and the rest of the team) were amazing. Really focused on getting everything perfect and took care of my new kitchen like it was their own. They were also lovely to have around, very tidy and considerate. If anything did crop up that needed fixing, straight away they did this and even supplied spare doors for my new cabinets. I also loved the small touches that they do - there really is a difference between their kitchens and the standard ones you can buy elsewhere.
So I am very happy with the end result, it looks awesome and is everything and more that I hoped it would be. Thanks very much.
We are thoroughly delighted with our beautiful oak kitchen bought from Great British Kitchens eight years ago. I was very grateful when the same extremely professional team helped us with a minor repair which was necessary following a teenage party. Jack was enormously helpful sourcing a replacement part. I was very happy to see John who came to complete the work. John is very professional, easy to talk to and works to an exceptionally high standard. I highly recommend Great British Kitchens.
I am absolutely thrilled with the kitchen designed for me and fitted by Vince and his team at Great British Kitchens. They actually listened to what I wanted and didn't try to oversell. The result is a kitchen of outstanding quality that, because it is built to fit, maximises the use of space without lots of 'infill' units to make it work. I am amazed by the capacity of my 550 mm cutlery drawer which took all of the cutlery from my old 600 mm drawer (which was overflowing) and was still only half full! Items I wouldn't want to be without are the superb floor to ceiling larder cupboard with spice/bottle rack on the door and my huge trilogy fridge. I have also received excellent customer service since the kitchen was fitted and it is reassuring to know that if little things go wrong help is at hand to sort them out efficiently and quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a new kitchen. I expect to still be enjoying mine for many years to come!
Great British kitchens fitted a kitchen for us 12 years ago. We loved it. But after 7 years we moved. Our buyers loved it too but thought it was brand new! We were only too glad to use tham again in our new home. Vince and his team designed the kitchen with us (we wanted to be involved in the design) and then fitted it, on time and on price. Vince is good at listening and offering really helpful and creative advice and often cost effective ideas. We had the kitchen installed 4 years ago and it still is fab. However we needed some slight door adjustments. Sorted within 4 days. What a service! GBK may be more expensive than bog standard kitchens but the sheer quality and reliable service are more than worth it.
We have had our kitchen for 12 years now and have always been happy with it. We recently wanted to extend and, with how happy we had been with our original kitchen, we knew who we wanted to do the work. We, once again, couldn't be happier. The standard of workmanship and the professionalism of the staff confirmed the fact that we had made the right choice. Thank you Vince, Bill and the rest of the team.
