(June 5, 2017, 8:10 am)Four seasons Bootcamp is great, it challenges you both physically and mentally. Everyone who goes are really friendly. It's for all abilities and fitness levels so no one is ever left out. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to lose weight, tone up, or even make some friends. Ben who runs the group changes the sessions up a lot to ensure you get the most from attending the group. With a colour coding bib scheme, you are able to push yourself further depending on your own ability, which makes it challenging. Overall four seasons is a really fun and chilled place to be, but make no mistake you will be pushed to your limits as well.

Ben runs the show brilliantly, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience that shows in the sessions he puts together, It's the best decision I've made for my strength and fitness. When I arrived I didn't know a soul, I was made to feel welcome by everyone - I'm now part of a team that supports and gives encouragement when its needed, there's lots of social and I'm always laughing !......give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

It's an amazing place to train - I have been going for over 5 years and have not only lost weight and become toned - I have also met so many friends. Everyone if so friendly - no new comers are ever intimidated. Ben is a brilliant trainer - very encouraging - and all the sessions are not only challenging - they are always different. If you are looking for a new place to train - then this is it.

(March 12, 2017, 2:42 pm)Four Seasons Bootcamp is amazing with excellent trainers led by Benjamin Campbell. I have been going since Oct 2013, and in that time I lost and have kept off two stone whilst gaining muscle and tone and most of all, self confidence and self belief. Exercising outdoors is fun. The sessions are varied and there's a great atmosphere of support amongst all the boot campers. Highly recommend for any level of fitness.
