  After MRI- I was told by spinal surgeon I had :-
  
  Post traumatic coccydynia
  Trochanteric pain
  Lower lumbar spondylosis
  
  After being in pain for over 4 years and constant visits to an osteopath - I finally came across Luke.
  
  With simple exercises daily i started to see a difference within a few weeks - by week 3 hip pain had gone and walking up and downstairs became easier.
  
  So here we are 5 months later and I am completely pain free - no more backache
  
  Luke is kind, caring, patient, non-judgemental but most of all he knows his stuff - he is amazing.

  I love insanity. I walked and run a lot and as result suffered from knee pain. It turned out that the only way is to strenghten my muscles and have more diversity. Thanks to insanity my legs and arms are in shape and I can even do pushups now! The key is to be persistent and even if it is hard try your best, there is always an option given even if you have a back pain or do not feel well. Not easy session but I like it as with each week you become stronger and your body changes!

  Luke at Club-K is amazing! I've been going to his insanity class for a year now. I started going after having my daughter, wanting to get back into shape & I've been so pleased with the results. I've lost over 6cm off my waist with doing just one class a week. Luke makes the classes really fun & enjoyable too!

  I have been going to Luke’s disco fit, burlesque & Pilates classes and I love them! He is a brilliant instructor and makes working out fun which is something I never thought I’d say! Iv never managed to stick at anything fitness wise but these classes I actually look forward to. They’re such a laugh, lighthearted and a great fun way to get/keep fit. Iv rescently started having some PT sessions with Luke too which I would highly recommend, he is brill ????????

  I've been going for sessions with Luke for a few months now, he has helped me retrain and get my self fit for work again after months of issues with my back. I can't wait to see his studio expand!
