Very well equipped gym with exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable trainers. Highly recommend.
Great gym. Friendly and very knowledgeable trainers. Through gently progressive exercises Christina has sorted a problem I've had for years with an almost frozen shoulder to one which is now moving almost freely. She works me hard and my general fitness and strength has improved. I've discovered that rowing machines can be quite enjoyable! And we laugh a lot too!
A gym for all. I've been going for about 8 years and I've heard that from many newbies. My personal trainer is beautifully nutty but always manages to have me aching the next day.
Emma is extremely punctual, professional and knowledgeable.
I have visited Emma recently due to severe neck pains which have been giving me problems for over
10 months, visits to the doctor and NHS physio therapist have not helped.
My daughters have trained with Emma and have been praising her for over 12 months, so after constant badgering decided to ask Emma to take a look at my neck.
I have to say within 45 minutes of my first session using various technics Emma explained where my discomfort was coming from and spent the last 15 minutes massaging the area.
Within two days there was so much improvement I didn’t hesitate and booked two more sessions,
all I can say is Emma is very professional,considerate,punctual and knowledgeable.
I really can’t praise her enough

Emma is a super star! Every session is unique , intense but most importantly fun! She is totally invested in my development and has given me the confidence to try new exercises and even weights. Never thought I would be working out three days a week but this lady made it happen.
