“Walked in store, about 2 seconds later an advisor was locked on to me. I knew exactly what I was looking for. 2 litres of oil. (The least expensive option) But he offered to go get it for me anyways. Im like okay awesome... (5 seconds later) I walked no more than 2 steps to to the tills.. He then offered to go put it in the car. Knowing full well I had struggled 2 days prior to this trying to get the stupid cap off... I was going to take all the help I could get. Of course, he got it off within 10 seconds... So car is topped up, fixed, all within 5 minutes of walking in the store. Now that was pretty impressive.. Great job guys!!!”

“Amazing place with so much in it. I was just surprised that once closing time we were asked to leave! We went back at 4:55 and they close at 5! We made it clear we were spending money and knew excatly what to take but could not find it straight away for the shop is a maze of rooms. If it was my shop I would lock the door but allow the customer to finish but tell them we are closing.”

“Buying a used car is no easy business. You can spend hours looking on the internet and even more hours driving here and there looking at so many cars that you start to lose the will to live. Its even more of a pain when you have one to sell! After a few months of searching for a used Range Rover I found one being sold by Colin at C & R Sales. Having tried to find a good used example myself and failing, I went to see Colin. Would he trade my car for the Range Rover? He was very frank about the condition of the RR and was equally frank about the condition of my trade in. All done with good humor but as any buyer should remember when buying anything: buyer beware! Colin sold my car on my behalf (no part exchange this time) and I purchased the Range Rover. All noted repairs were carried out before I took delivery and then some more work was needed. A pain in the neck for all parties but the extra work was done at Colin's cost. Lets stand back for a minute. Buying an old 'luxury' Range Rover for under £10k. Its not going to be a walk in the park. I had to 'kiss a lot of frogs' to find a half decent example before I found what I wanted. If you are not knowledgeable about your subject, don't expect a seller (be they traders or members of the public) to teach you. Pay for a third party to inspect. Remember- buyer beware. Its that simple. Colin is a decent man and his business is a stressful one having to look after both sellers and buyers. He has dealt with my needs in a friendly and patient manner so yes I would go back for more. My Range Rover is now working well and being used properly. Will it stop working soon? Probably. Will that be Colin's fault? No. It will be mine for wanting one of these overengineered cars and not being rich enough to buy a new one. Second hand cars are hard work and will break down. Buy a decent warranty and some road side recovery and get busy learning how your car works. Or, save up and buy a new one!”

Very child friendly and take request is you speak to them in advance of the day you wish to go. Our request was chocolate cake mmmm We are out of area otherwise we would be there a lot. Would make a perfect baby shower afternoon tea or hen lunch before a night out.”

“I am replying to the review left by Maggi Scott, she approached us to do some work for her in London and said she was an interior designer, unfortunately she tried to gain trade discount by telling us she was a trade client. We became aware that she wasn't an interior designer as she had been to one of our trade clients and they had done a lot of design work already for her so we refused her any trade discount and refused to undertake her work. She became very rude when we refused to deal with her and she in turn left a negative review on our google review engine. We have never and would ever do any work for this lady, therefore we are leaving our review to explain this vindictive fake review.”
