(September 12, 2018, 3:19 am)I’m currently doing a house up and I’m constantly in Fairalls. I’m never 100% sure-what I really need. Over the last couple of years I’ve been helped by Tony Bushby. I wanted to write in, as most sales assistants just do the basics, but Tony goes above and beyond. I always leave with everything I need, including tips on how to use the goods. He’s incredibly patient!!!!!!Tony is a credit to the company, and I must say I always hope he’ll be there when I go in, as my shopping will be made easier. Thank you Tony.

..Paint department, Tony went above and beyond in trying to help us find the perfect shade even when asking pretty much the impossible, he was still helpful and accommodating the whole time.
