“I have had over 2 years of lessons with Patrick and they are worth every penny ! Previous to coming under Patrick's tutorage I had been learning bass through 'self-help' books and I had picked up a lot of bad habits ! Thankfully all these bad habits are now gone and in their place is a solid grounding in bass theory and practice ! He certainly knows his way around this instrument and has an almost encyclopaedic knowledge of bass music and can play the bass lines from any number of hundreds of songs to a very high standard. Due to lessons with him I now have a solid understanding of rock, reggae, funk, blues and also popular music bass techniques and how to adapt to the various subtleties which these demand. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who wants to learn the bass or progress from beginner level to intermediate and beyond. ”

“Exceptional service! My wife is disabled and requires a wheelchair as she cannot stand for long periods of time. A friendly young man from the clothing section kindly offered a seat for my wife to sit on whilst he went and got a wheelchair for her to use. I was very surprised to learn that the centre had wheelchairs for patrons to use but extremely grateful nonetheless. The young man also carried some compost to my car for me. Overall, my wife and I were extremely satisfied and grateful for the service we received. It would seem the centre caters for those in need very well as everyone was friendly and the Costa food was great! Will be visiting again very soon!”

“Knowledgeable guys, with a proper 'old fashioned' approach to service. My scooter had what initially seemed to be a simple issue, but proved to be rather more serious - Tim & Mick spent ages trying various solutions, conferring with other dealers and experts for advice, before identifying the solution and fixing the scooter - all for a reasonable price. Most other dealers would have given up, charged a fortune or returned the scooter as 'fixed' when it wasn't - but not these guys who kept working on it until they were totally satisfied that it was fixed properly. Decent scooter dealers are, sadly, thin on the ground these days, especially in Surrey and Sussex, but thankfully these guys are in business!”

“I was in the new Epsom and Ewell Cottage hospital, had use of the poplars gym, and made use of the wheelchair service all through CSH. My stay at the hospital was from January 12th-2nd June with the neurological rehabilitation team. My stay was particularly lengthy, but nonetheless could not have been with a better bunch of people. Particularly thanks to my physiotherapy and OT helpers, with whom I've managed to prove everyone wrong and walk again, and to all the very hard work the nursing staff do to support that being possible. I'd like to mention a few names, but I am bound to leave someone out. I owe so much to all the folks there, but particularly want to mention Pippa for always making things work, Mary for always being approachable and kind, Liz,Helen, Shirley, Christina,Minda & Jacob for always being diligent, compassionate dedicated. Margaret , Delia , and Christine for always going the extra mile, and making things comfortable. Also to Urmilla, Luisa and Deris, for never letting me slack and always encouraging me to work to the very best of my ability. I'm so grateful to you all, there's just too many to list!As mentioned my physiotherapy team , mainly Hannah, Charlotte, Steph, Zoe and Carolyn and the OT s Amy, Deris, David, Deris, and Freya {student}, have all worked tirelessly with me to regain what I can through rehabilitation- they're literally miracle workers EVERY ONE OF YOU! I'd also like to thank Anthea and Lavinia @ EGH, with out your encouragement to attend rehabilitation-I wouldn't be anywhere close to where I am today. I'm so grateful for everyone, and input into this epic journey. The only issue I had whilst at NEECH, was in the circumstances surrounding me being on HRT. Everyone was great about my physical washing and dressing, but when it came to having HRT at NEECH, it was very rushed and wrongly located in site, which presumably is the case with much of the elderly also. All in all though, I'd say my CSH experience has been very positive. Thank you all so much. You have my utmost respect”
