“A fantastic studio to teach yoga in. The room is big enough so that we all have space but the décor means it also feels intimate. Lots of wall space for enhancing postures and practising inversions. The studio has good heating and is lovely and warm in the winter and has air conditioning for the summer. Plenty of mats and I will bring enough blocks/bricks/straps for everyone with me, if I plan to use them in the class. There are chairs available to make postures more accessible for those recovering from injury/surgery. All in all a great space for yoga.”

Top notch instruction and a really familial and welcoming feel. Learn kata, kumite, application and self defence, plus get fit at the same time.
