They then touched up with paint they matched at a nearby retailer and also went above and beyond what I asked by further touching up other parts of the same wall with the surplus paint. “90 year old grandparents’ boiler broke down in the snow. They have a top notch emergency plan with British Gas but we couldn’t get through to British Gas despite trying all morning. Called Plumbright and they said they could help the same day. They arrived exactly when they said they would and 10 minutes later the problem was fixed. Explained everything clearly. British Gas plan will be cancelled ASAP and will use these guys in future.”
