The entire process and professionalism was amazing and the on-site team did an amazing job and the end product is epic. We thank the team greatly for how the entire works were orchestrated and delivered, some challenging weather but they kept going. Truly great company and very easy to recommend to anyone considering a pool. The pool system being a composite and not tiled has made the running, keeping clean so easy, along with the auto dosing plant room it is an easy pool to maintain. Thank you Waterstream”

“Myself and my wife Susan have always been keen cyclists, however I had a knee replacement late 2016 and she had to have a hip replacement at the start of 2017. After having these ops it has made it a bit harder to get up steep hills in our area, which is why we started thinking about going electric... We have been members of a local cycling group and year after year people are upgrading to electric. One of our friends recommended Electric Bike Conversions Ltd to us and as we only live in Hertford, we thought we'd pop down and have a look. We were welcomed by Sarah and Jamie at reception, who kindly allowed us to try their demo bikes out. As Susan has a step through bike, they gave us the options of converting her bike with a rack battery (positioned behind her saddle) with a 250w front wheel kit. I decided to go for the 250w rear kit with the downtube battery (fitted where my water bottle once was). They even offered the service of fitting the kits for us, at a small cost. We went off for a couple hours to get a bite to eat and when we go back, they were both done! Remarkable service and really friendly and helpful team! Thank you EBC, Harry and Susan”

“Great guys - extremely helpful. I attempted a MTB ride in the area with my friend but the pins inside the cassette hub were playing up and I lost 100% drive to the rear wheel - we popped in to Flat Earth to see if they could help us out with an emergency repair. Although the very specific part needed to be ordered in, they were happy to try and get things working again for me and took off the rear wheel to investigate. The pins seemed stuck - we left and just outside the shop I hopped back on and the pins must have locked back into place again so we were good-to-go for our 2-hour ride! Save the day guys - thank you. Highly recommend.”
