“I trained with Michael once a week for about a year before moving from SW London. We startef off over the summer in Richmond Park then shifted to a gym for winter. We covered sorts- from boxing to sprint training (with a parachute!) to weights and agility. Michael tailored the sessions to my needs and kept it interesting by mixing it up and pushing my limits. He has an easy going personality that suits this work but knows when to make you sweat! It was rewarding to feel myself improve over time and I really miss my PT sessions. Highly recommend Michael if you get the opportunity to train with him.”
