“A short time ago, I made a booking with this company for Meet and Greet parking at Manchester Airport. I experienced issues with regards to this booking with the meet and greet company in question where some minor damage occurred on my vehicle and one or two smaller issues. I sent off a complaint to City Hotel Reservations and was astonished at the attitude and level of service I received. Having lodged complaints with companies before, I was expecting sub standard or lack of service focus. This was not the case, this company acted promptly and in a very efficient manner in order to expedite a satisfactory outcome. My complaint was managed by a Mr John Andersen who is the customer services manager and he personally managed my complaint and took the relevant steps. He kept me abreast of developments throughout the process and when he intimated something would be done - it was done. There were a few slight glitches in terms of getting payments but they were minor and never delayed the process too much. I can assure all that are reading this review, that I will continue to use this company. I am a firm believer that mistakes can be made and it's how companies manage these mistakes and remedy them that it important. John Andersen and his team a are credit to the company and embrace the ethos of what customer service is all about. A massive thank you to John Andersen in particular who handled my complaint as if the complaint was his own. I have given 5 stars for my rating because this company not only met by exceeded my expectations.”

“This is an absolutely lovely hotel. It has a regal atmosphere and is comforting in so many ways. The room was top notch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were a great mid point between soft and supportive (something very difficult to find in a hotel in general). The building and grounds are gorgeous and the staff were all quick, attentive and happy to help. The room was exceptionally well kept by the housekeeping staff, even with the dirge of items we had for two weeks of staying plus racing that weekend. The restaurant has a great selection of meals and the cocktail bar is on point. I had a great blended scotch recommendation that I thoroughly enjoyed. 10/10, will stay again.”

“My wife and I had a very positive experience with Hendley Removals. Right from the beginning they offered a courteous and professional service. Everything was packed carefully and nothing was too much trouble. All boxes, clothing racks, mattress covers, etc. were new/clean for our possessions. The day of the move was incredibly smooth. Every member of the team was personally introduced to us. Items were carefully positioned in the appropriate rooms. The owners of the business took time to speak with us face-to-face and make sure all boxes were in the correct place. I cannot recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. “Team of three guys - all very polite, helpful and efficient. Good natured banter between them which made the move light hearted and they obviously work well together. The move was executed effortlessly and quickly and they were thorough in making sure furniture was placed where I wanted it. One suggestion ... that they carry some basic tools with them - they had to borrow my screwdrivers to take a door off the hinges - luckily they weren't packed! Have used ASD Harrison twice now and would thoroughly recommend.”
