Great! Bought a single arcade game from them. Everyone there helped me load it into the van. Buying the cabinet was a simple and easy process, I even got a chance to look around the warehouse. They love selling to collectors, and it's hard to find a company that will even think about doing that! Will definitely be back in the future.

I recently purchased a new pinball machine from Birmingham vending.
The process was very easy with no surprises and everyone I dealt with was very nice and polite.

Also everything happened exactly on the timeline given to me.

The delivery staff arrived on time and showed us what we need to know about the machine after setup.
I would highly recommend that anyone considered one of their available products to definitely use them.
