(January 21, 2019, 7:31 am)For a hotel IN the airport this was a great one. Did not hear much announcement noise and other than the occasional screaming child I didn't hear the people either. Service was good and the room very clean and nice.
(January 16, 2019, 6:47 am)Stayed here for a conference. Not a lot of signage in the airport to find it.
Rooms are a little dated but decently sized and comfortable beds. Pillows are a little stiff.
Elevators are slow so be prepared to wait if you are there at the same time as a conference. Restaurant at the hotel is great along with the hotel bar. Prices are a little steep but that’s what you’d expect at an airport.
(December 27, 2018, 12:32 am)I actually love this place! It has a great kitchen area, I guess for extended stay and family guests. However, we are out for every meal. Who wants to do dishes anyways? Oh yeah, it also includes dishes, plates, utensils, a large selection of sharp knives(!), cups and glasses. Even has cork screws for those that would like a nice bottle in their room!
The convenience (cvs) store is a couple of blocks up from the small street this resides on, which is a block away from the Main Street that is a couple of minutes off the highway, so location is great, in case you wanted to go to the airport or any other places. Oh, you can see the Sea World across the street?
Their policy is to only change your sheets every few days which I was fine with, but I had to request new towels from the cleaning ladies every day. They always happily complied and are very nice, definitely warrant for a good tip!
The pool area is nice and has towels for guests (requires your key card) and also has easy access to the gym (who wants to workout on vacation?)
(December 23, 2018, 5:26 pm)EXCELLENT OPTION for day room! We needed a room post cruise with an evening flight. Check in was easy and the room was exceptional. Newly remodeled with sleep amenities, Starbucks coffee maker, and power outlets all over. The bed was comfortable as well. When it was time for our flight, the bellman took our bags all the way to the Alaska ticket counter. Amazing and friendly service all the way around!
(December 5, 2018, 2:30 pm)Place was immaculate. We got a newly renovated room that was up to date and had plugs everywhere for your electronics and neat lighting. With a balcony over the center part of the terminal entry we had view of the giant xmas tree. Was pretty nice. Staff was nice, and the food at their restaurant was really good as well. I'd recommend and stay there again as well.
