“I honestly just feel a bit bad for them. The wait was long while I believe they have enough workers, but so many of their machines are just broken and they need them fixed or replaced. The worker who took my order was kind and helpful. Otherwise, I got a warm brownie and chocolate frappe within a minute of ordering, so that was really cool. They’re fast workers, their machines just need to be changed.”

“Don't know his name, but whoever was working the register on 8/6/2020 needs a bonus or a raise or something. I lost my wallet and was having to use Apple Pay (very stressful travel week). It declined 3 or 4 times while my bank was doing fraud checks bc it was out of state (I guess). This guy told me to sit down and eat my food while I figured it out.....I eventually did and went back to buy a beer and pay for the food. Apple Pay finally worked, but he refused to charge me for the food. That's good people. Pat him on the back Villa.”

“Very easy to use website! Pick-up and return were a breeze. Upgraded to a Mustang 5.0 convertible at a reasonable rate. Only negative part was the amount they charged to top gas off, about $1.40 per gallon over the going rate. Still a nice experience overall!”

“This airport is more akin to a mall than an airport, but that's not a bad thing. I used to love going here as a kid to look at the stores and get ice cream at their McDonald's. A few years ago I use this airport and discovered a wonderful Lush Cosmetics store. That alone gave this a 5 stars. My only real complaint is the distance to rental car services outside the airport. It's absolutely stunning during Christmas time.”

“This hotel was by far amazing. The gentleman who was working the night we came to the hotel was very kind and went out of his way to accompany us. My boyfriend, his brother and I had walked 2 miles from a horrible hotel at 2am to book this one. The cleanly ness of the room, the view, the staff and how kind and courteous they were to us made our weekend get away absolutely enjoyable. They even had room service bring us ice when we requested it twice. I’ve stayed in many Hilton properties around the US and by far this one was the best I’ve been in yet. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The beds were so comfy, the bathroom was very clean and the shower felt great! Our balcony view was incredible. We had the city and could still see the ocean. Coming back for a full week very soon and will be re booking at this hotel. Would give this property a 10/5 rating!!! Thank you for making our weekend enjoyable and very relaxing!!”

“The airport has different parking areas which are called cell lots where you can park for free and wait for an incoming flight for when someone who comes can tell you they've gotten off the plane. However we had problems with cell reception, and the incoming message took five extra minutes to get to us. I guess I should have realized something was amiss when I was trying to do something on the Internet, it would spool (twirl) but it would not go to a website that I asked. I saw several different people walking around the lot after they had parked, and now I realize they were probably trying to get better reception. I also suppose it depends on what cell company you have. But the parking is free, and there are about 40 spots in the lot that we went to.”

“Incredibly clean. Excellent, professional, and friendly service. Damn good drinks. The place is tucked away, but it's surprisingly large and many people can comfortably fit/relax/eat/talk/rest. There's a bar area, lounge seats, a dining area, an observation area, a couple arcade machines and a kid's area... It's big. I was greeted immediately and welcomed without delay. The buffet was clean, ample, quickly refilled, and delicious. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. They also have a family bathroom. Electrical plugs all over the place so you can charge all your devices. Strong drinks.”
