  Because they were one of the places my wife enjoys the most I decided to go buy since they had announced they had reopened to the public. I had two days to choose to take to her office. Went by Tuesday and the line was three blocks long. Wednesday I tried their app. The app worked great. I order, paid and set the time. At 1:15pm I pulled up and saw the drive through line was now 6 blocks plus. I pulled up to the store front. A lady stepped out and asked my name. I have her my name and order number. Within a minute I had 2 dozen. And was gone. Perfect exchange.
  Great job Krispy Kreme. I git bonus points with the wife.

  I love Krispy Kreme!!! The only reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is due to the lack of hot n ready donuts for the second time in a row of me visiting and that just breaks my heart. The manager is hot tho and worth sneaking a peak at from time to time,,, plus he's super nice and gave me a free donut!! Thank you! I love Krispy Kreme

  This is the only one in B'ham, and the folks are always super nice.

  I'm 45 and have been coming to this location since I was a kid. I remember when you could smoke inside and the old timers would spend the whole morning or evening in here puffing away. So much so that the ceiling tiles and walls were yellow lol. It was like a bar that didn't serve alcohol, just sugar and coffee. Over the years they have remodeled and added a drive thru. You just can't beat their donuts.
