“The customer service was very good. I was not able to take my laptop in the store, but my sister did. I could not take it in had back surgery. They took the time to explain everything, to my sister and even talking to me over the phone. Then to make sure, The Rep at this store, said it could be taken to their 5 point west location to be check out for free for a second opinion.They kept it for about 1 day and half. Was not able to fix it. Did not charge be nothing at both place's. I was told both stores was nice and took time to tell me over the phone about my laptop. GREAT JOB E Z COMM, THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.”

“This place is the place you need to go for tires or tire repair. We had a flat and looked up the closest tire place. We found Dale's online and decided to give a try. Yes, it does look like a place you wouldn't want to stop but don't judge it before you have tried it out. We literally pulled in and asked if they could fix our tire or get a new one if needed. The guy pulled off my tire and was able to patch it right up. It took about 5 mins. Very affordable as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing tires or a tire repair. Remember don't judge the place until you have gave them a try. Very friendly, fast and great service.”

After realizing all of the time and energy involved in finding, loading, and unloading all of our supplies needed for a large chicken coop (not to mention the number of trips it would take in our truck), we decided to take a chance to see if Alpha could pull these supplies and deliver them that same day. We called them on a Friday morning (weekend project) and they were so kind and helpful and were able to deliver ALL of the supplies and unload them next to our building site. “Because they were one of the places my wife enjoys the most I decided to go buy since they had announced they had reopened to the public. I had two days to choose to take to her office. Went by Tuesday and the line was three blocks long. Wednesday I tried their app. The app worked great. I order, paid and set the time. At 1:15pm I pulled up and saw the drive through line was now 6 blocks plus. I pulled up to the store front. A lady stepped out and asked my name. I have her my name and order number. Within a minute I had 2 dozen. And was gone. Perfect exchange. Great job Krispy Kreme. I git bonus points with the wife.”
