“Have been treated with the up most respect, I couldn't have been given a more caring, loving, counselor when I made my transfer!!!!!!!!😁😌 (feeling blessed 4 that!) But she rocks!! Not to long after transferring I had a major come apart in her office & other counselors came in to h& helped me calm down, but they, my counselor & her coworkers did it in such a truly caring & concerned way!!!!! I left with the feeling that I was a whole person & they treated me with so much dignity & respect, not like I was just another number, but a person!!! They have ALWAYS treated me like one of them, they will (when time allows) joke around with clients & I truly get the feeling that my counselor cares in my progress & how my depression has been. Idk, every one has different experiences, this has been mine.... Don't give up on you, believe it or not, there are people who want to help you, the whole you, you ARE worth the fight!!!!”

“Reliable Septic Services is great. We had a problem with our main line clogged up. A plumber told us the issue was with the septic. The preliminary comments were that we likely had bad field lines and the tank was full. The prospect was worst case. We called a number of septic places and Reliable was able to come out on very short notice. It starts out great- An older woman (later was told it was 'Grandma') said she was praying for it to be the main line and not the field lines. The guys came out and told us there was nothing wrong with the septic tank or the field lines, but the main line was clogged (as we originally thought). They were able to clear the clog from the septic side. They said they did not need to pump the tank. They could have easily pumped it and charged me $300+ They ended up charging me $85 (driving from Mt. Olive to Pelham in that big truck, two guys spending 30+ minutes digging up the tank lid. I would have cost me more to have the main pipe rooted than what they charged. Unbelievable customer service. Use these guys!”
