“Two great and wonderful things come out of this place. Let’s start with strength. I cannot tell you how different it is doing these workouts vs doing it on your own. I can tell my strength is going up since my pain is getting To be less and shorter. ( don’t worry the pain is from using muscles I haven’t used in forever ) Work past the pain and get stronger. It feels so good! The physical therapy is awesome too. I haven’t fully taken advantage of her expertise yet. I have seen her working on others. I will say this, I had knee surgery and had lost mobility. I talked to her about it and she had me perform a test and it was actually something else. She had told me what to do and boom I’m moving good again! With this program, I find myself standing better. Sitting better. Sleeping better. Everything feels better. Except for when I miss workouts. Everyone here is so very patient. So kind and encouraging. I was nervous but am so glad I signed up. They truly care. So if your still reading this just come and see what it’s all about and DO IT!
