I told her the date of my nieces birthday and as the day got closer she was incredible! She followed up with me and the monogramer. She made sure that my niece received the chair before her birthday. I was so excited when I pulled up to my sisters house and there was a huge box from pottery barn kids on the front stoop. Wouldn't have happened without Meredith! She went above and beyond!! Meredith is on it! She is so knowledgeable and efficient! Made everything such a quick and easy process. The chair was a huge hit with my niece!”
